Don't feel bad; no one else heard about the "don't buy on April 1" either outside of this thread. The writer of the post thought it was a "good idea" and one thread participant swears it was effective in keeping gas prices down on Long Island New York...for a day or so before the prices started rising and apparently haven't stopped rising. He's a believe in "boycotts", says in his area they like boycotting but they don't tell anyone about because it's already know "on Gas Buddy". But, he says, all the merchants of gas "are well aware of the boycotting". Still, he doesn't believe they need to told that they're being boycotted or what the boycotters want as their objective.

And nice to have you here. It's an interesting thread and I'd suggest you read as many of the posts as you can.
